Hey Natalie, Where's Nathan?

Happy Birthday Hyrum!

Hyrum turned 6 on Friday and we had a lovely day. We had 20 people at our house(all family!) for a big pizza party.

Hyrum is a big fan of America's Funniest Home Videos and has been talking about having a pinata for months now. Brad watches the show too and was not about to be another pinata victim so he rigged up a system that protected his manhood. The kids had a blast and loved filling up their goody bags with the treats.

Little Music

Nathan was left alone after playing with his brothers. I was in the kitchen when I heard notes coming from the keyboard in the kid's room. Sure enough, little Nathan was playing a song. A little music from a little boy in a big room.

Nathan's First Teeth

Nathan got his first choppers. One on the top and one at the bottom at the same time. All of my other kids got their two bottom ones first. Maybe this is why Nathan is the only one that has given me trouble nursing. He is a biter and thinks it is funny! He will bite and then wait for my reaction! Then laugh! He will do it at least twice before he stops and gets to business. He is lucky he is cute! Speaking of biting, his favorite teething toy lately is the fiftieth anniversary Barbie that his Grandma bought for Natalie. He is a leg man.

Lunch Date

Natalie is so thrilled that her cousin Eric is staying with us today.

Too cool!

It was time to run errands and I couldn't find my sunglasses. Surprise, Natalie beat me to them. We got into the 70s today!! The kids are still outside. I even pulled the shorts out of the garage today. I know, wishful thinking, but I am soo ready for warmth (and a lower gas bill)!!!
